I don't know about you, but I used to come away from hearing extroverted experts' talks feeling a need to up my posting game.
I'd feel excited for my new commitment to post more often, determined that "this time it is going to be different".
For a few days, it was ok, doable. I was motivated and ideas were flowing.
Then, I'd hit the 7 to 10-day point, and my inspiration and energy DRIED UP!.
I would put off posting until tomorrow, telling myself I'm sure to have more ideas AND ENERGY in the morning.
Another day would go by, and now the pressure would be growing.
I felt I MUST write something, but the creative bank was empty.
And soon, it would become a week since I wrote the last post, and adding to the weight of pressure, would be guilt that yet again, a new habit had fallen by the wayside.
That was, until I discovered WHY these extroverted methods weren't doing it for me.
