In 2023, High Level imposed an additional fee for sending emails through their system, charged at $1 per 100 (manual broadcasts and automated) emails sent.
MOST of the white label agencies pass this charge on to their customers in full, for every email they send each month.
Gold Star Pro INCLUDES more emails than their average customer sends in each plan!
The Silver plan @ $97 includes 20,000 emails per month. Gold includes 50,000 and platinum, 200,000.
If you send more than your allocation in a single month, you pay $1 per 1000 emails.
I don't know about you, but when I first read about this fees, I found it super confusing to calculate what that might mean for me.
So, I have done the maths for you. In the 4 slides below, you'll see estimated email send fees calculated, based on sending 10 emails per month to lists of varying sizes. Slide 1 is an 'at-a-glance' fee comparison for all three plans.
(Sending 10 emails per month to an ENTIRE active subscriber list of 2,000 contacts is 20,000 emails. Sending 1 email per week to an email list of 5,000 active subscribers is approximately 20,000 emails. That's the volume of emails included with the silver plan. A FEW THINGS GSP HAS MADE EASIER FOR ME
Adding a Domain
You use a domain you own to host your landing pages in High Level which is brilliant because many of the other platforms add your name to their domain.
Facebook has blocked a bunch of those domains because they've been used previously by spammers.
You will receive personal help to add your domain.
Live Chat Widget on My Sales Pages
Adding a live chat button on your sales pages lets your potential buyers ask you questions, straight from the page. And it was SO EASY to set up! I am emailed when a new chat is opened and I have added my email as a "VIP" contact so it pushes the email notification to my phone instantly! WOW!
Facebook Lead Ads > Email List
Facebook lead ads use a form inside Facebook to collect email addresses. Usually a third-party software like Zapier is needed to add your new leads to your email list. GSP connects to lead ads natively.
Email Segmentation
Say for example, you are promoting your new program and you want to exclude people who have bought from receiving promo you send later. When I used Infusionsoft (Keap), choosing the recipients was a step in the email editor. In GSP, you create what they call a "Smart List" to choose the segments you wish to include and exclude. That list updates dynamically, so new buyers will be added to your smart list and excluded automatically.
Automated Comment to DM
Years ago, I used ManyChat to send a DM on autopilot when someone comments on a Facebook or Instagram post asking for info. GSP connects natively so when you post "Comment YES and I will send you info" that DM can be sent automatically.
Enable Team Members to Monitor Your Inbox
Replies to emails sent from GSP don't land in your usual email inbox. They arrive inside the 'Conversations' section of the platform. That means, if you want your VA to reply to emails, you don't have to give them access to the email address you use for everything else.
The GSP Mobile App
The app gives you a basic level of access to your contacts. I love it because I can read and reply to my email responses, edit contact info, create payment links and add contacts to workflows if I need to when I am away from my desktop computer.
